Mustard Madras" is a restaurant concept, trademarked by Das Kitchens, specializing in restaurants, fast food, and catering services. The owners of the original Mustard restaurant, which features a blend of French and Bengali cuisine, are Shilpa Sharma and Punam Singh.
They conceptualized the restaurant to blend these two distinct culinary traditions. A separate restaurant named Madras Cafe, owned by Priya Sivakumar, focuses on South Indian vegetarian food, with the name evoking nostalgia for the former name of Chennai.
