La Marinate is a luxury catering company established in 2020 by Chef Aman, Sharmishta Cheema, and Jasjeet Singh. Known for its commitment to bold flavors, refined hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail, the brand has built a strong reputation for curating elevated dining experiences across Delhi NCR. Over time, the founders expanded into the restaurant space with Remy’s in Lodi Colony, a classic Italian kitchen, and Remy’s Gelato in Shahpur Jat — both expressions of their evolving culinary vision.
Their newest venture, Remy’s in Gurgaon, is co-owned by Kavita Singh, who was born and brought up in Kolkata. After a five-year break from her professional career to focus on motherhood, Kavita steps into the world of hospitality — bringing with her a fresh outlook and a deep commitment to creating warm, memorable dining experiences.
