Founded in 2019 by Chef Rhea Wadhawan, Torte is a dessert atelier that blends classic European traditions with modern techniques and design sensibilities. A graduate from NIFT Delhi turned pastry chef, Rhea’s journey from design to desserts led her to train at Scafa, Dubai, and work under top chefs before launching her own venture. At Torte, she crafts experimental yet nostalgic desserts—from tarts and entremets to artisanal breads—celebrating seasonal produce and refined flavor. Despite being gluten-intolerant, Chef Rhea has stayed committed to creating visually stunning, thoughtful desserts that never compromise on taste, artistry, or experience.
