Chef Vicky Ratnani is a trailblazer in the Indian culinary scene, celebrated for his fearless experimentation, global perspective, and vibrant personality. A graduate of IHM Mumbai and trained in some of the world’s top international kitchens, he rose to global prominence as the Executive Chef of Cunard’s luxury ocean liner, Queen Mary 2, where he cooked for dignitaries, celebrities, and royalty. Upon returning to India, he became a household name through his popular TV shows like Vicky Goes Veg and Vicky the Gastronaut, known for making gourmet cuisine accessible, exciting, and rooted in conscious cooking.
